EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Shutdown Lock is shareware program. You can evaluate unregistered
version of this software during a test period of 30 days. Following
this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use
Shutdown Lock, you should register.

1. DISTRIBUTION

Shutdown Lock is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is
expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The author will not be
liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of
loss while using or misusing this software.

This shareware software may be freely distributed, provided that:

Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by
X-Ray Application Software. You may not alter, delete or add any
files in the distribution archive.

The distribution does not include a registration key. In particular,
you may not distribute a registered version of this software.
No money is charged to the person receiving the software, beyond
reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.

2. LICENSE

All copyrights to Shutdown Lock are exclusively owned by the author -
X-Ray Application Software.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
Shutdown Lock on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal
purpose, at a time. The registered Shutdown Lock software may not be
rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person
receiving it agrees to terms of this license.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result
in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

ShutdownLock, Shutdown Lock names and any logo or graphics file that
represents our software may not be used in any way to promote other
products. All parts of this software and products are copyright
protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample,
text or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or used
in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the
single user program.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
X-Ray Application Software.

Installing and using Shutdown Lock signifies acceptance of these
terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Shutdown Lock files from your storage devices and cease to use the
product.

3. BETA VERSIONS

This section is an addition to the previous sections. All terms of
previous sections apply to beta versions too.

Beta versions are intended for time-limited testing. Beta versions
come with a special built-in registration key that expire when beta
testing period expires. If you intend to use program after this period,
you can either obtain a newer beta version (if it is available for
public usage) or register your copy of the product.

Beta testing period may be terminated by X-Ray Application Software
team at any time. In this case you are required to remove all beta
versions of the program from all storage devices.
